Sunday 16 May 2010 Site opens at 10:00 Race starts at 12:00 Please read these rules carefully before completing the entry form 1. Complete the registration form in full. One per entrant. Photocopies are acceptable. 2. Please use the tick boxes as appropriate. Your parent or guardian must sign if you are under 16 years of age on the day of the run. 3. Cheques to be made payable to BARNSTAPLE LIONS CLUB 4. Send your completed entry forms, payment and self addressed, pre-paid A4-sized envelope for your running number to: 5. All pre-registered runners must report to The Registration Area to be logged in between 10:30 and 11:30 on the day. 6. A limited number of last minute entries may be available on the day of the race. Fee £7.00. Late entry desk to close at 11:00. Entry fees can be refunded (less a £1.00 admin. fee) if your written notification of withdrawal is received, together with your running number, no later than seven days before race day. 7. Remember that this event is primarily for enjoyment. For your own safety, all runners must keep to footpaths. Marshals and Police have been instructed to remove runners from the race who behave dangerously, or create a hazard for other road users. 8. Self propelled wheelchair users and disabled entries are welcome. 9. The race starts at 12:00. 10. SAFETY: NO Rollerblades, Skateboards, Dogs or Pushchairs will be accepted. 11. In all matters the committee’s decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into. The Race will start at Ladies Mile, Rock Park, Barnstaple Changing and Toilet Facilities are Available |
